Right Way Leasing was founded in 2005 as a marketing company. The vision was to bring landlords and tenants together. Right Way Leasing does this as a almost completely virtual online experience. From the point that the prospect sees a property online to viewing the actual unit the prospect was able to speak with a realtor, make the appointment, and see the unit without ever having to go to someones office. The agent also works completely virtually from a cell phone application.
Who We Are?
The Right Way Leasing also decided to include the landlords in the process much more than the typical agency. The typical agency would just list your property, and you would only hear from the brokers if there were an offer. Our company will attempt to pre-qualify tenants with you (the owner) before the prospective tenant even checks out the property.

How does the rental process work?
We will bring you ready, willing, and able buyers or tenants to your front door. All you have to do is sit back and relax while we find you a great tenant or buyer. Once we find you a possible tenant we will run their credit check, employment check and landlord references. We will then fax the documents over to you immediately at this point it is your decision to approve them or deny them. If they are approved we will type up a lease specific to your property on a standard City Of Chicago Lease. We will have the tenants sign the lease and give the proper consideration and then I will have you (the owner) sign it.
Our company will disperse the copies of the lease to all the parties and will help out with getting the new tenants keys to move in.

We are an Illinois licensed real estate brokerage. We can place and sell all over the great state of Illinois and Florida. We specialize in the Chicago and nearby suburban markets.
